Introducing the Sony ECM-S1

The Sony ECM-S1 is a wireless streaming microphone that lets you record your podcasts, livestreams, or any other form of content creation. Compact, it delivers clean, low-noise, high-quality sound.

The microphone transmits audio to an included dual-channel receiver via Bluetooth 5.3 to the IM hot shoe of your Sony camera for stable digital audio. A stand with a non-slip base and a 1/4-20 thread on the base of the device allow you to attach the microphone to a boom pole or simply place it on your desk. If wireless capture is not suitable for your setup, use the receiver’s USB-C or 3.5 mm TRS ports, or the microphone’s USB-C port, for use with a wide range of devices.
