Description

The Sony PVMK-PX18 is a protective panel for the 18-inch PVM-X1800 portable monitor. It protects the high-end LCD screen from scratches and impacts during transport and setup*. The PVMK-PX18 attaches and detaches easily without any tools.

When the PVMK-PX18 bracket is attached, panel damage is reduced, as is the impact of replacements and downtime. This is particularly important for rental cycles, for example.

The protective panel attaches to the monitor at the top and secures it with spring-loaded clips on the bottom of the screen frame. No tools are required. The spring-loaded clips on the protective panel allow for easy attachment and removal.

The optional PVMK-PX18 protective panel can also be mounted with the PVMK-RX18 rack mounting bracket.

The optional protective panel cannot be used during operation, in order to prevent the monitor from overheating.
