The Sony BKM-17R is a control unit for BVM monitors, specifically the BVM-E251/E171 models. Designed for rack mounting, this unit offers complete control of BVM-E251/E171 series monitors, as well as the ability to manage the BVM-HX310, BVM-X, BVM-E, BVM-F, PVM-A, and PVM-X550 series. The PVM-A and LMD-A series can also be partially controlled, including functions such as input switching, mono mode, menu access, color keying settings, brightness, contrast, and basic features like blue-only mode. Captured data is stored on USB memory, and a single BKM-17R unit can control up to 32 BVM monitors.
