Introducing the ARRI SkyPanel S60-C (Blue)

The ARRI SkyPanel S60-C (Blue) is an LED spotlight with a 645 x 300mm aperture, covering a wide range of applications. The SkyPanel emits a tremendous amount of light in a soft, even beam. Brighter than a 2000W tungsten soft light or a 6000W tungsten space light, the SkyPanel S60 has more than enough light for most applications.

Using technology originally designed for the L7-C Fresnel, the SkyPanel S60-C can be adjusted to produce light ranging from a warm 2800K to an icy blue 10000K. It also utilizes the RGB+W color gamut with hue and saturation control for fine-tuning. Full Minusgreen to Full Plusgreen is also possible. So, if you’re aiming for blue or green, you can simply dial in your desired color. This wide degree of control results in a high CRI of 95 and a 90 rating under the new TLCI standard.

All these functions, as well as the 0-100% dimming, can be adjusted locally with the SkyPanel’s onboard controller or remotely via DMX or LAN. In addition to the inputs and outputs required for these functions, the fixture also includes a USB-A port for downloading firmware updates from a USB flash drive or any PC/Mac. The SkyPanel S60-C can be used worldwide thanks to its included 90-250 VAC power supply, but it can also utilize optional 23-36 VDC batteries when mains power is unavailable. Besides the power supply, the light comes with a Junior (1 1/8″) pin and a standard diffuser. This version of the light has a pole-operated yoke and comes with a power cord with stripped ends.
