120GB XQD memory cards for 4K recording

Sony is expanding its product lineup with the QD-G120F (120GB) and QD-G240F (240GB) cards. These cards are significantly more robust than traditional XQD cards.
The QD-G120F (120GB) and QD-G240F (240GB) are up to 5 times*3 more drop-resistant and can withstand a 5-meter drop*4. Even in the most demanding shooting conditions, professional users can remain confident.
The QD-G120F (120GB) and QD-G240F (240GB) also offer up to 2.5 times* more flex resistance than traditional XQD cards. This significantly improves their durability during repeated insertion and removal from camera memory card slots.

Reliable 4K video recording

Sony’s unique remote control ensures stable 4K video recording, thanks to two-way communication that manages data transmission bottlenecks. A 240GB card provides approximately 45 minutes of 4K XAVC Intra 60p (600 Mbps) recording with the Sony PXW-FS7 4K model.

Ultra-fast data transfer

With read speeds up to 440 Mbit/s*1, the G series XQD memory cards significantly reduce the transfer time of the largest videos taken with 4K video cameras or numerous RAW images taken with high-end DSLRs.

Designed for professionals

Sony’s XQD memory cards are shock and break resistant, anti-magnetic and anti-static, and offer high performance even at extreme temperatures, when exposed to intense UV light and airport X-ray systems. Extremely durable case

The camera body’s enhanced durability, achieved through unique Sony techniques, increases its longevity, and recessed contact pins protect against damage from shocks and dust for more reliable use even in harsh environments.
File Rescue software is available for download*5.
It helps recover photos and videos that may have been deleted. It uses a highly advanced algorithm to recover a wider range of files, including RAW images, MOV files, and 4K XAVC-S movies shot with Sony/Nikon cameras.
