The NTG-1 microphone offers electronically balanced output and operates at 48V P48 standard.
Its bandwidth and directivity control, combined with low-noise SMT electronics and lightweight design, make the NTG-1 ideal for easy mounting on a video camera or boom pole.
The NTG-1 comes with a clip and a windscreen that eliminates background noise during outdoor recordings under normal conditions. Additional accessories are available for other applications.

10-year warranty after registration on the Rode websiteThe NTG-1 operates with standard 48V phantom power. It accepts a voltage between 44 and 52V with positive polarity between pins 2 and 3 via the XLR output connector.
Output Impedance:
The NTG-1 will operate optimally with a load impedance up to 1k. If a load below this impedance is used, the output signal level will be reduced.
The NTG-1 output is balanced between pins 2 (hot), 3 (cold), and pin 1 (ground).
