Offering a high degree of control, this Aputure Spotlight Mount Kit is a versatile light modifier with an included 19° lens to produce a dramatic and sharp beam of light. Featuring a Bowens mount, this modifier can be easily attached to various spotlights, including the Light Storm LC 120d II, 120D, and 300D II, and its integrated insert includes a dual junior or baby mount for attaching from a C-bracket to a lighting grid. The spotlight design includes a dual-entry slot that can accept the included size B gobo holder, the included gel holder, or an optional adjustable iris for greater control over the shape and size of the light beam. Like a classic ellipsoidal light, the lens can be easily swapped to achieve a different beam angle. The spotlight mount has a durable aluminum alloy housing, and this kit comes in a hard carrying case to protect the housing, lens, and other accessories.

Precision optics

The three Spotlight mount lenses were designed for professionals. In addition to allowing the 120d II to produce 10 times its original output, the high-resolution lenses produce a uniform beam of light, with minimal light loss at the edges, while maintaining a color temperature shift below 200 Kelvin.

Minimal border

Spotlight Mount’s new lens technology minimizes chromatic aberrations around the beam circle. Compared to similar ellipsoidal mounts, the Spotlight Mount significantly reduces edge color fringing to just 1mm at a distance of 5m.

Light control

Like classic ellipsoidal lights, Spotlight Mount also offers easy interchangeability between Aputure’s 19°, 26°, and 36° lenses, whether you need a wider beam pattern or extreme precision. Combined with the internal shutters, filmmakers will have greater control over the shape of their light.

Add some flair to your decor

With the included B-size gobos, gobo holder, and gel frame, the Spotlight Mount offers even lighter handling, making it easy to project any imaginable shape or color. The optional removable iris also allows filmmakers to further fine-tune the shape and size of the Spotlight Mount’s light output. The Spotlight Mount’s dual-slot design allows filmmakers to use their gobos and irises simultaneously.
