Introducing Aja Dante AV 4K-R
The Aja Dante AV 4K-R is a receiver that decodes Dante AV Ultra signals up to UHD 4K into 12G-SDI and HDMI video over your Ethernet network. Dante AV is a 1 GigE network solution that delivers UHD 4Kp60 video with a latency of 0.5 frames over an IP connection. It features a 12G-SDI output and an HDMI 2.0 output capable of supporting signals up to 4Kp60. The embedded 8-channel, 48 kHz PCM audio from these sources can be distributed over the network via TCP/IP protocols. It features a JPEG 2000 codec for high-quality images with network efficiency. The codec supports both lossy and lossless encoding and has up to 16,384 components.
The Dante receiver is compatible with Dante Controller software, allowing you to route video, audio, KVM, VISCA, and IR connections over your network to your desired destination. It features two USB-A ports and one mini-USB port for powering your Windows or macOS computer. The receiver supports HDCP 2.2 and includes a DB-9 port for RS-422 serial control. Five LED indicators display the status of power, codec, system, synchronization, and HDCP.
