Introducing Rycote Invision-7

The Rycote Invision-7 Lyre suspension mounts for the InVision series provide the ideal solution for the sound isolation needs of small, highly sensitive microphones. Their discreet design makes them compatible with a wide range of compact microphones, microphone capsules, and certain small to medium-sized small-diaphragm microphones.

The InVision units are specifically designed for studio use and cannot be used with a windscreen. However, the new « Standard Lyre » suspension system will also be available for all other suspension systems and windscreen kits from the brand later in 2008. The InVision range comprises 10 models. The INV-7, INV-8, and INV-9 are specifically designed for static use (in the studio, during a conference, etc.), mounted on floor stands (with a 3/8 threaded rod) or can be used on boom poles.

The two Standard Lyre suspensions of the INV-7 are only 70mm wide to provide substantial isolation when used on a boom pole, feature a universal 19-25mm mounting clip at the front and rear, and are held on a long support bar which can be tilted at various angles thanks to its quick adjustment knob.

Supplied with a 3/8″ to 5/8″ threaded adapter
