The SIGMA MC-31 is a converter that allows the use of PL mount lenses on L mount cameras. Thus, users can choose PL mount lenses, which are widely used in the film industry, on SIGMA fp and other L mount cameras.

Adjustment using shims

The MC-31 mount converter allows for shim adjustment at two points on the mount. Adjustments can be made using a shim kit provided on the camera side of the mount, or an ARRI camera shim on the lens side of the mount.

With its aluminum alloy body, robust chrome-plated brass mount, and locking ring, the SIGMA MC-31 adapter offers excellent durability.
